Manually assigns classification to selected objects, to a specific building or infrastructure enabling them to be recognized as BIM elements (e.g., walls, columns, or custom categories)
Options:
- Browse through classification types: lists predefined BIM element types (e.g., Wall, Beam, Column). Choose the classification that matches your object.
- Search: filters the classification list based on keywords (for example, type “wall” to find wall‐related categories).
- Convert to block and classify the block reference: if checked, the chosen objects become a block reference before classification, allowing reuse or repeated insertion.
- Block name: when “Convert to block…” is checked, specify the new block’s name here.
- OK button: applies the selected BIM classification (and optional block conversion) to your chosen objects, then closes the dialog.
- Cancel button: cancels the command and closes the dialog without classifying or converting anything.
